CLAYWORTH DESIGN CODE

Clayworth Parish Council with assistance from Joanna Favill have worked with Bassetlaw Council and planning consultants AE Comm to prepare a Design Code for our village, funded entirely by a grant from Locality. The contents of the Design Code follow the comments residents made during the Know Your Place events held last year. Hard copies of the document are available at the Memorial Hall to view.  

 

At the Parish Council meeting in May the Council will decide whether or not to undertake a Neighbourhood Plan utilising the Design Code, to protect and enhance our village and the surrounding landscape. Please let us know what you think.
